B. Features good lighting quality to clearly display your face
C. Has a plain or professional-looking background in any color or setting such as a room with a bookshelf, empty conference/office room, or virtual background
D. Includes clear audio without background noise; background music is acceptable if it's non-distracting and not louder than your voice
E. Maintains good video quality of at least 720p resolution, preferably 1080p to avoid pixelation
F. Shows you looking presentable and decent, adhering to Business Casual or Business Formal Attire
G. For females, please apply light makeup
H. Ensures you maintain eye contact with the camera and smile
I. Is recorded in landscape video format

You may consider the following guiding questions while creating your Introduction Video:
How do you plan to impress your client? Do you possess any work experience? If yes, please elaborate on your previous work experiences. What tools are you proficient in using? What are your skills?
A. OMIT CONTACT INFORMATION - Do not include any contact information such as cellular number, email, social media accounts, or personal details like birthday, age, address, etc.
B. DETAILED WORKING EXPERIENCE - Provide detailed job descriptions and specify the length of your stay, including the month and year you started and ended each position.
C. PROFESSIONAL PHOTO - Include a professional photo in your CV. Selfies are not acceptable.
D. CREATIVITY AND FACTUAL PRESENTATION - Be creative yet factual when describing your skills and experiences.
E. INCLUDE TOOLS EXPERTISE - Clearly indicate the tools you are proficient in using.
F. OMIT CHARACTER REFERENCES - Do not include character references in your CV.
G. READABLE FONT - Ensure that the font used in your CV is readable.
H. LENGTH OF CV - If you have a four-year experience as VA/EA/CSR/SMM, etc., make your CV two pages or more to thoroughly justify your previous working experience.
I. SAVE IN PDF FORMAT - Save your revised CV in Portable Document Format (PDF) and upload it using the filename format: CV_LAST NAME.FIRST NAME.

A. For the positions of Customer Service Representative, Appointment Setter, Chat Support, and Voice Account, please provide your two recorded mock calls: one inbound recorded mock call and one outbound recorded mock call. You may use your own scripts for both the inbound and outbound calls.
B. For roles such as Social Media Marketer, Executive Assistant, Logistics Coordinator, Bookkeeper, Technical Support, Real Estate Virtual Assistant, General Virtual Assistant, and other non-voice accounts, you are required to provide graphics, videos, edited photos/portfolio, or samples of your past work experiences, along with an offline portfolio in PDF format, as some clients request them. Do not put contact/personal information.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
Ensure that all your files are accessible to the HR DEPARTMENT. Share them with everyone and not just specific individuals. You must comply with all the instructions provided above. Failure to do so means you cannot proceed to the next step of your application at VA House.
